Product Description
Coarse bubble diffuser aeration systems provide increased oxygen content to wastewater in equalization basin. This process creates an environment where microorganisms biologically decompose soluble organic contaminants in wastewater. The coarse bubble diffusers are also used to diffuse digester gases such as hydrogen sulfide and sulphur dioxide; for the introduction of ozone for the purpose of oxidizing and destroying bacterial and organic chemical contaminants; and for carbon dioxide injection for recarbonization and PH adjustment.

Installation Steps
For the installation of the MBBR aeration system the following steps have to be maintained:
1) Assembly of the bottom mounting brackets, the material of the brackets is SS304 or SS316L: The first step is drilling hole on the marked position of the chemical bolt, fill in the chemicals, hit the top of the chemical bolt head by tools, fix it on the corresponding position. After the chemical bolt be fixed, install the bracket.
2) Mounting of the distributor pipes: Next step is that the distributor pipes could to be placed and fixed by the U bolts.
3) Leveling the aeration pipe
