Sewage treatment plant maintenance process:
The maintenance cycle is once every six months. The main detection units of each station are: sedimentation tank, adjustment tank, air flotation tank, biochemical tank, membrane tank, and equipment room. Check the tests item by item in process unit sequence.
Specific inspection links for the maintenance of aquaculture sewage treatment equipment:
1. Sedimentation tank: Check whether there are floating objects and sludge on the water surface of the sewage treatment equipment tank in the factory area, and whether the equipment diversion pipe is blocked by industrial sewage.
2. Adjustment tank: Check whether there are debris floating in the tank of the sewage treatment equipment in the plant area. If there are a lot of floating objects on the surface of the water tank, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid clogging the water pump.
3. Water pump: Check the operation of the water pump of the sewage treatment equipment in the whole plant, take out the float ball, test the switch, check the pollution of the influent water, check the water pump circuit, open and close the outlet valve, and check the operation of the pipeline and valve.
4. Air flotation tank: Observe whether the discharge of dissolved air and water from the sewage treatment equipment of the whole plant is normal, and whether the dissolved air releaser operates normally. If it falls off or is blocked, it should be repaired and maintained in time.
5. Aerobic tank, contact oxidation tank, hydrolysis tank, anaerobic tank, facultative oxygen tank: check whether there are floating debris on the water surface of the sewage treatment equipment tank in the plant area. Check the suspension of the packing film in the tank, the microbial content, the aeration volume, and the aeration intensity.
6. Membrane tank: analyze the activated sludge characteristics, aeration volume and aeration intensity of the membrane tank of aquaculture sewage treatment equipment. Check the operation of the water pump in the membrane cabinet, including whether the inlet and outlet of the water pump are polluted, whether the water pump circuit is normal, whether the water pump falls off and rusts, etc.
7. Equipment room: Check whether there is stagnant water in the aquaculture sewage treatment equipment room. Check the energization of the control cabinet, components, and lines, and whether the fan, fuel tank oil level, belt, filter element, etc. are polluted. Check the operation of the air outlet valve, pipeline, pipeline pump and self-priming pump, and check whether there is pollution in the medicine dosing device of the sewage treatment equipment and the medicine storage barrel of the membrane washing device in the whole plant. If there is pollution, it should be cleaned and decontaminated in time.
8. Others: stripping device operation test, solenoid valve circuit test. Pressure gauges, flowmeter circuits and signal testing. Corrosion detection of water pump chains and exposed pipes. Environmental conditions, maintenance and temperature monitoring around wastewater treatment plants.
