1. The water quality of the snail dehydrator is unqualified
Excessive water inflow; uneven aeration of touch oxidation tank or long-term outage (it is necessary to re-cultivate biofilm at this moment); excessive sludge in sedimentation tank (need to remove sludge), disinfection equipment outage and long-term treatment of effluent No disinfection is performed.

2. Biofilm hooking effect is not obvious
Check whether the aeration of the contact oxidation tank is uniform, and whether the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is pumped to the tank. If the above conditions are normal, add appropriate amount of nutrients (sugar, urea, etc.) to the tank.

3. The automatic control of the screw dehydrator is faulty
Check whether the power supply of the active control cabinet is normal, and check whether the supporting lifting pump and aeration fan are damaged (at this time, the current may be too large, and the circuit breaker is automatically disconnected)

4. Uneven aeration of the touch oxidation tank
Check whether the outlet valve of the aeration fan is in the normal position and whether the aeration head is damaged.

5. The snail dehydrator cannot produce water normally
Check whether the connecting pipes of the oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and sludge tank are blocked (blockages are generally shed biofilm and damaged elastic three-dimensional packing).
