The concrete foundation plane should be checked on site, and it is required to be flat (horizontal error is controlled within ±5mm) and solid. The layout of the screw stacker should consider that there is a certain space around the device (passage of more than 700mm) to ensure the convenience of daily operation. In particular, the mud outlet should be 1.5-2.5 meters away from the wall and other structures to ensure regular Overhaul the dehydration body, etc., and control the installation level error of the screw stacker within ±5mm.
② When installing the screw stacker, try to keep it as level and stable as possible, and fix it with anchor bolts or expansion screws. When a base is installed under the machine, the base should be fixed to the foundation with specified bolts.
③ The filter cake discharge hopper of the screw stacker should be set against the filter cake storage bag or the upper part of the delivery machine as far as possible.
④ When there are design and construction drawings, try to install them according to the requirements of the drawings. ⑤ The sludge return pipeline should not be installed together with the filtrate discharge pipeline as far as possible, and the return pipeline should return to the original sludge tank as much as possible.
⑥ The solid recovery rate of the screw stacker is about 80%, and the mud quality will be different, and the filtrate will contain some sludge. If the filtrate is very demanding, it is recommended to carry out simple sedimentation or other methods on the filtrate.
