Precautions for using sludge screw press dewatering machine

1. Make sure the spiral is flexible and usable.
2. Be sure to be familiar with the instruction manual of the spiral palletizer before operation. Spiral stackers have the most basic understanding.
3. Check whether the capacity exceeds the upper limit set by the machine.
4. Control operation for 3-5 minutes, check whether each device is normal!
5. Do not use the brake device when the sludge machine is running to avoid accidents!
6. The dehydration of the sludge machine must be evenly distributed to prevent machine vibration!
7. Remove the blue tape from the device clock, if there is heat and slippage, stop the machine immediately, check the grease on the tape, wipe it clean with alcohol or gasoline before using it.
8. Do not prevent sundries on the top cover of the machine!
