Cost of chemicals: Most of the chemicals in the sewage treatment plant are polyacrylamide used in sludge dewatering machines or ferric chloride and calcium oxide used in sludge plate and frame filter press dewatering. According to statistics, the sludge output of sewage treatment enterprises is 1 ton to 1.2 tons of dry sludge for every 10,000 tons of sewage treated. The chemical costs of different sludge treatment equipment are as follows:
1) The agent used in the sludge dewatering machine is cationic polyacrylamide, and each ton of dry sludge contains 0.6% polyacrylamide. It is 0.018~0.0216 yuan/cubic sewage;
2) The dosage of ferric chloride used in the plate and frame filter press is 10% of the absolute dry mud, and the unit price is calculated according to the market price of 750 yuan/ton (the content of ferric chloride is 40%), then The added cost is 0.0075~0.009 yuan/cubic sewage. The dosage of calcium oxide used in the plate and frame filter press is 30% of the absolute dry mud, and the unit price of calcium oxide is 450 yuan/ton (purity 70-80%, granular size 90-100 mesh). Then the cost of adding calcium oxide is 0.0135~0.0162 yuan per cubic meter of sewage. Therefore, the cost of the agent used for sludge dewatering of the plate and frame filter press is 0.021~0.0252 yuan per cubic meter of sewage.
