What aspects should be paid attention to when assembling integrated wastewater treatment plant?
1. After the integrated sewage treatment equipment is installed, first open the water valve and outlet valve to transfer the waste water to the waste water treatment equipment.
2. After the water level reaches half the relative height, turn on the water valve of the centrifugal fan, turn on the centrifugal fan, slowly open the outlet valve of the centrifugal fan, blast the contact oxidation tank for 48 hours, and then run the seepage sewage lifting pump to add the waste water to the equipment 3/4, but also to gas the pool for 24 hours.
3. Observe the microbial production in the water. If there is an orange biofilm system, the waste water is transported again, and the water flow is gradually increased. Observe the growth of microorganisms in the wastewater treatment equipment.
4. The operator should observe the status of the wastewater treatment equipment, discharge the sludge every 24 hours, and use the sludge discharge operation in the integrated sewage treatment equipment.
5. Add disinfectant to the disinfection pool as required. After the equipment is adjusted and functioning normally, the system is able to self-start.
