Composition of integrated sewage treatment plant

(1) Grille: Before the wastewater enters the equipment, it goes to the sewage pool first to regulate the waste water body and water flow. The reasonable residence time of the sewage pool is generally 4-8 hours. A grid is set at the entrance of the sewage pool to block the waste water Coarse dirt inside ensures the normal operation of the centrifugal water pump. (2) Sludge concentration tank (sludge digestion tank): The sludge concentration tank is designed for denitrification. After being separated by the grid, the waste water enters the sludge concentration tank through the sewage pump, and at the same time, the sewage in the sludge tank The sludge also flows back to the sludge thickening tank, where the enterprise specially makes BOA-type combined packing as the medium for denitrification. The packing material has obvious removal effect on nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfate, and the residence time is 2h , combined with the animal contact oxidation pool in the subsequent processing technology to produce the A/O process to achieve the effect of dephosphorization and denitrification.

(3) Microbial contact oxidation pool: There are two levels, with a total biochemical time of 10 hours. The microbial contact oxidation pool uses BOB type microbial biological filler. The specific surface area of the filler can solve the load of 14kgBOD/m3.d, which is the largest of the general filler. 5-10 times, the hydrolytic acidification tank adopts core corridor valve type microporous aeration or jet aeration, the wastewater circulates continuously in the hydrolysis acidification tank, enough contact with the biofilm system in the filling material, so as to achieve organic Compound dissolves quickly.

(4) Secondary settling tank: The biochemical waste water enters the secondary settling tank. The surface load of the secondary settling tank is 1.0m3/㎡.hr. Ordinary vertical flow sedimentation tanks have 3-5 times higher working efficiency. The side perforated sump, the sump drainage pipe is well-proportioned and stable, and the water output effect is obvious. The silt in the secondary sedimentation tank is automatically pressed into the sludge tank.

(5) Sludge pond: The sludge pond collects the sludge produced by the grit chamber, and part of the sludge flows back to the anaerobic pond for anaerobic digestion through the sludge pump; the excess sludge only needs to be discharged once every 90 days (use a feed truck Liposuction or drying into filter cake for transportation).

(6) Disinfection pool (adopted): The standard residence time of the disinfection pool is 30 minutes. If the hospital sewage is used, the disinfection time can be increased by 1-1.5 hours. The disinfectant uses the product anhydrous sodium sulfite disinfection method, and the special disinfection device can last according to the water flow. Change the dose, usually once every 10 days.
