1. Adjust the speed of feed screw

3. Use quantitative feeding device
In some cases where the feed amount accuracy is required to be high, quantitative feeding devices such as screw feeders and loss-in-weight scales can be used. The screw feeder can accurately convey a certain amount of material by accurately controlling the number of revolutions and speed of the screw; the loss-in-weight scale automatically adjusts the feeding speed by real-time monitoring of the weight change of the material to ensure the accuracy of the feed amount per unit time. These quantitative feeding devices can be combined with the control system of the screw press dewatering machine to realize automatic feed amount control, improve the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.
4. Adjust according to material characteristics and equipment operating status
Different materials have different characteristics such as fluidity, viscosity and particle size, and the feed amount needs to be adjusted according to these characteristics.
