How to treat sewage in aquaculture sewage treatment plant
Oct 10, 2022
The sewage volume of aquaculture sewage treatment plants is generally 5-300 tons per day. The main source of slaughtering wastewater is a series of wastewater discharged during the slaughtering process, including post-slaughter cleaning, dismantling cleaning, internal organ cleaning, ground cleaning and animal wastewater. Sewage contains a large amount of organic matter, mainly including animal feces, blood, animal viscera debris, livestock hair, broken skin, and meat and oil.
Process Flow
Hydrolysis well + septic tank + air separation tank + septic tank.
Equipment Principle
Since the slaughter sewage contains a certain amount of large floating objects (blood pollution, fur, sundries, dyes, etc.), and because the slaughter sewage contains blood pollution, it is first intercepted with a grille to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent equipment. Oil and other macromolecular organics are present, and it is difficult to degrade directly into oxygen, so the grid water enters the fuel tank. The existing septic tank in the slaughterhouse can play a certain treatment effect, but the existing water concentration is still high and there is a certain amount of oil pollution. In order to reduce the load of the subsequent treatment facilities, an oil tank was added to the front end of the aquaculture wastewater treatment equipment to remove grease.
Due to the working hours, the drainage cycle of the slaughterhouse is different from other sewage drainage cycles. Mainly excreted at night. A large septic tank must be set up to adjust the water quality to ensure the normal operation of the entire facility and reduce the shock load of subsequent facilities. Sewage is collected in septic tanks and pumped into flotation tanks. After the sewage is treated by the pre-sewage treatment tank and the air flotation tank, the sewage still contains most of the organic pollutant particles, which need to be further degraded. Only by replacing the operating environment with aerobic can nitrification and denitrification be achieved. In order to achieve the effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal, aerobic treatment of sewage is carried out by setting up acidification tanks and hydrolysis acidification tanks.
The sewage enters the contact oxidation tank through the hydrolysis and acidification tank. Here, the contact oxidation tank is divided into two parts. The beneficial effects are: microorganisms in different aerobic parts are distributed in the space according to different environments, and have good adhesion and removal effect. After the sewage is treated with different front-end biological treatment facilities, the organic pollution is greatly reduced. However, the chromaticity of wastewater is still difficult to meet the standard. In order to decolorize and reduce COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, a concrete sedimentation tank was proposed, and targeted drugs were added. The outlet of the sedimentation tank enters the disinfection tank to meet the discharge standard.
The air flotation tank is completed by the air flotation machine hydrolysis acidification tank contact oxidation tank secondary sedimentation tank, and the clean water tank is completed by the comprehensive sewage treatment equipment.
Device Features
1. The aquaculture sewage treatment plant can be arranged as a landscape.
2. The aquaculture sewage treatment equipment buried in the ground not only has good water effluent effect, but also the surface greening rate can reach more than 90%.
3. Streams will form if special iconic tree species or cold-hardy, water-loving lawns are used. Water treatment of fish in ponds.
