Product Description

MBBR disposal system for industrial wastewater is designed based on anoxic and MBBR method with phosphorous, nitrogen and BOD removal. The system contains pretreatment system, anoxic and moving bed bioreactor system, disinfection unit and sludge processing unit in order to use effluent wastewater treatment plant and to reduce the pollution load. Treated wastewater characteristics have been controlled strictly and meet the standard of discharging to river.

* Final filter and Disinfection(optional).

Description of Flow Scheme

Domestic wastewater flows by gravity to the pretreatment tank. In this tank the heavier waste material settles down by gravity and lighter material such as oil and grease floats on the top. The pre-clarified wastewater then is transferred to the Biological purification stage by gravity flow. The bio media serves as growing area for anoxic and aerobic microorganisms.
