Coarse bubble diffusers are an aeration device developed for MBBR wastewater treatment, designed for processes such as the activated sludge process, oxidation ponds, and regulating ponds. It can eliminate blockages in wastewater systems while maximizing airflow and mixing capacity, efficiently transferring oxygen to the water body, promoting microbial metabolism, and achieving degradation of organic pollutants. It is widely used in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater (such as food, papermaking, printing, and dyeing industries), and aquaculture wastewater treatment systems. With the BC-600Ⅱ coarse bubble diffusers sold by BioCell, users will be able to better cope with challenging industrial applications that require durable treatment solutions.
Our coarse bubble diffuser is made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L optional). The coarse air bubble diffuser of the aerator provides maximum oxygenation, stirring, and mixing efficiency. The standard length of the diffuser is 600mm. A 600mm long aerator can achieve a release perimeter of 1250mm. The service life is more than 15 years.
