Bio-carrier MBBR media is a fill media or carrier, suitable for suspended attached growth wastewater treatment system.

The waste water go through the bio-carrier MBBR media, form the biological membrane on the surface of the MBBR media gradually, with the act ion of the microbial on the biological membrane, the waste water is purified. The media can move freely in the reactor with the mixing of the water; For the aerobic reactor, the aeration will make the media move; For the anaerobic reactor, mechanic mixing will make the media move. Our bio-carrier MBBR media is new-developed, has better treatment effect compare to traditional media.

* The fluidization of the filler increases the impact and cutting of the bubbles, improves the utilization of oxygen, and reduces the energy consumption of the aeration. Under the same conditions, the aeration can be reduced by more than 10%.
