Working Principle
Thickening: When the shaft is driven by the screw, the moving coil around the shaft moves relatively up and down. Most of the water is forced out of the concentration zone and falls by gravity into the filtrate tank.
Dewatering: The thickened sludge moves continuously from the thickening area to the dewatering area. As the pitch of the screw flight becomes narrower, the pressure in the filter chamber becomes higher and higher. In addition to the pressure generated by the back pressure plate, the sludge is greatly squeezed, resulting in a dry sludge cake.
Self-cleaning: The moving ring continuously rotates up and down under the push of the running screw shaft, and at the same time cleans the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring, preventing the blockage that often occurs in traditional dehydration equipment.
Multi Disc Screw Press Process Flow
The back end of the sludge thickening tank adopts the spiral stacking sludge discharge method, and the treatment capacity is 6m³/h. During the operation of the equipment, the water from the spiral stacker is pumped into the sewage recovery tank for sedimentation, and the dehydrated sludge is packaged and stored in an impermeable woven bag to realize the sludge concentration and dehydration treatment process discharged from the sewage. Avoid the vicious circle of sludge in the system.
