1. Observe the operating phenomenon

If the frame is damaged, it may affect the normal operation and screening effect of the screen.

 

5. Analyze the impact of water quality
Compare the changes in the quality of the incoming water. If the impurity content and particle size in the sewage suddenly change, it may exceed the processing capacity of the screen and cause failure; check the pH of the sewage. If the corrosiveness of the water quality increases, it may accelerate the damage to the screen material.
