1. According to the installation drawing and foundation drawing, prepare the foundation according to the size of the installation plan, and make a concrete floor. The average pressure bearing of the foundation is 5t/m2, the foundation must be level, and the installation should be completed after the concrete foundation pouring and maintenance period. , If the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be subject to the size of the drawing, and the width and length of the surrounding excavation must be more than 500mm away from the edge of the foundation for pipeline installation.

2. The installation and connection of the pipeline should be considered when the equipment is in place. When the equipment is in place, the weight of the equipment must be in accordance with the instructions, and the tonnage of the crane should be matched. The installation sequence should be in place according to the on-site comparison diagram. must be correct.

3. According to the installation drawing, connect the pipes. After the equipment is in place, the connecting pipes should be fastened with rubber pads so that there is no leakage at the connection.

4. After installation, the equipment should be connected and fixed with the base plate to ensure that the equipment will not float. At the same time, inject sewage into the equipment (if there is no sewage, use other water sources or tap water instead), and the fullness should be above 70 to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check each pipeline for leaks. There must be no leakage at the intersection of each water test pipe, and the equipment must not be dislocated and tilted due to the rise of surface water.

5. Connect the control line of the electric control cabinet to the equipment. Pay attention to the direction of the fan and the motor of the submersible sewage pump when wiring. The control cabinet should be placed in a ventilated place and kept dry. Generally, the control cabinet should not be placed in the open air. Must be protected from sun, rain, etc. In order to avoid the leakage of the control board and the wiring head, and burn the control board.
