Product Description

The compact wastewater treatment equipment reactor adopts the standard container as its main body, which is convenient for transportation. The treatment capacity of one unit is 50-200m3/day. We specially developed this system according to the characteristics of urban and rural domestic wastewater, the general industrial waste water and black smelly river course. The wastewater treatment technology AO+MBBR and AO+MBR are adopted to achieve high treatment efficiency and stable effluent quality.

Technical Process

The basic principal of the moving bed process is the growth of the biomass on plastic supports that move in the biological reactor via agitation generated by aeration systems (aerobic reactors) or by mechanical systems (in anoxic or anaerobic reactors).

Description of Flow Scheme

Domestic wastewater flows by gravity to the pretreatment tank. In this tank the heavier waste material settles down by gravity and lighter material such as oil and grease floats on the top.

The pre-clarified wastewater then is transferred to the Biological purification stage by gravity flow. The bio media serves as growing area for anoxic and aerobic microorganisms.
