1. Preparation before installation
Before installation, the diffuser and related accessories should be fully inspected. During the installation process, pay attention to protecting the air holes of the diffuser to avoid scratches or blockages. 3. System debugging stage
During debugging, first slowly open the air supply valve, gradually increase the air volume, and observe the air outlet of the diffuser. Check whether there is a phenomenon that individual diffusers do not emit air or the air outlet is uneven. If so, check whether the connection parts are leaking, or blocked, or whether the diffuser itself is damaged. By adjusting the air supply valve, adjust the air volume to the design requirement range, and observe the distribution and rising state of the bubbles in the water to ensure that the bubbles are uniform and stable. In addition, it is necessary to monitor the dissolved oxygen concentration in the aeration tank and fine-tune the air volume according to the actual situation so that the dissolved oxygen concentration meets the process requirements. During the debugging process, keep good records of various data, such as air volume, dissolved oxygen concentration, aeration time, etc., for subsequent analysis and optimization of operating parameters.
