Sewage treatment plant installation precautions:
(1) Prepare according to the installation drawing. When hoisting, check whether the direction of the inlet and outlet is correct. The position and direction of the tank cannot be misplaced, and the distance between each other must be accurate.
(2) After the product is hoisted into place, the levelness should be measured. If it is uneven, it should be adjusted to make it level.
(3) After the hoisting is in place, connect the pipelines, pour clean water into the equipment, and check whether there is leakage in each pipeline.
(4) Connect the control line of the electric control box to the aerator and water pump, and connect the electric control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the motor and the fan, which must be the same as the direction indicated.
(5) After the backfill is completed, install the ground dosing and disinfection equipment and electric control cabinet.
(6) After the installation of the equipment is completed, it is necessary to connect the supporting water pipes and wires of the ground electrical equipment and dosing equipment where the buried equipment is located.
Precautions for backfill after installation:
(1) Before backfilling, the product should be filled with water to 1/2 of the water level, and then backfilling. Backfilling of sludge is absolutely not allowed to prevent the product from floating.
(2) When backfilling soil, both sides of the bottom of the product must be manually plugged. When filling more than 30-50cm, it must be compacted every 30cm until it is level with the top of the product.
(3) The backfill above the top of the product must be dense. If the product is located in a road section, no vehicles are allowed to roll it before the ground is finished;
