Working Principle:
1. Concentration: when the screw pushes the rotating shaft to rotate, a plurality of fixed laminations arranged on the periphery of the pushing rotating shaft move relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the gaps of the relatively moving laminations to achieve rapid concentration.

2. Dehydration: The concentrated sludge moves forward continuously with the rotation of the screw shaft; along the outlet direction of the mud cake, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, the gap between the rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the screw cavity continues to shrink . Under the action of the outlet back pressure plate, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the continuous operation and promotion of the screw propeller shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed out, and the solid content of the filter cake is continuously increased, finally realizing the continuous dehydration of the sludge.

3. Self-cleaning: the rotation of the screw shaft pushes the traveling ring to continue to rotate. The device relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, which cleverly avoids the common clogging problem in traditional dehydrators.

Construction Principles:
The spiral stacking body of the dehydrator is a filter device formed by laminating a fixed ring and a floating ring, and the spiral shaft passes through them. The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dehydration section.
The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the thickening part to the dehydrating part.
