This stainless steel wide band diffuser releases 3–5 mm large bubbles for strong mixing and anti-clogging performance. It is widely used in grit chambers, equalization tanks, sludge tanks, and industrial wastewater applications to prevent sedimentation and avoid clogging from fibers or high solids. Our coarse bubble diffuser is made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L optional). The coarse air bubble diffuser of the aerator provides maximum oxygenation, stirring, and mixing efficiency. The standard length of the diffuser is 600mm. A 600mm long aerator can achieve a release perimeter of 1250mm. The service life is 3-8 years.
