Introduction to Zero Discharge of Industrial Wastewater Treatment

"Zero discharge" means that after the industrial water is recycled, the DTRO membrane recycles all (more than 99%) of this high-concentration wastewater containing salts and pollutants for reuse, and no waste liquid is discharged from the factory. The salts and pollutants in the seawater are concentrated and crystallized by the MVPC evaporator and discharged, and sent to the waste treatment plant as a useful chemical raw material for landfill or recycling as a solid form.

Due to the increasingly bad environmental conditions in my country and the increasingly serious industrial pollution, the Environmental Protection Bureau has also made zero discharge requirements for wastewater in various industries, and many customers are asking about zero discharge.

The solution of zero-discharge industrial wastewater is a systematic project. First, in the engineering design stage or during the project operation process, the water efficiency is improved and the production water consumption is reduced by optimizing the internal process of the factory and adopting water-saving processes. And comprehensive use of reverse osmosis membrane (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), DTRO membrane (SWRO) and other technologies, after the production wastewater is fully recycled, the remaining high-salt wastewater is recycled by evaporation. After high-salt wastewater is treated by evaporation process, distilled water by-products with a salt content of 90%-95% and 5-10mg/L can generally be recovered.
