BioCell Multi-disc screw press sludge dehydrator adopts the self-cleaning and non-clogging structure of the screw and the moving ring and is automatically controlled by PLC, it is a new technology that can replace traditional filter presses such as belt filter presses and frame filter presses. Compared with the centrifuge, the multi-disc screw press machine has low screw speed, low cost, low power consumption and low water consumption, and is a high-end sludge dehydrator. It can reduce sedimentation tanks and sludge concentration tanks, and save the construction cost of sewage plants.
Working Principle
* Structure Principle: Rods are used to hold in position both fixed and movable rings. The moving rings, which are positioned on the screw crest and continuously move up and down with the screw rotation, have an inner diameter that is just slightly less than the screw diameter.
* Dewatering Principle: As you approach the end plate, the screw pitch and space between them get narrower, creating pressure for dewatering.
